SERVICE PROVIDERS, PARENTS, AFFILIATES, AND BUSINESS ASSOCIATES MAY
IMPOSE LIMITS ON CERTAIN FEATURES AND SERVICES OR RESTRICT YOUR
ACCESS TO PARTS OR ALL OF THE SERVICES WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY;
THE COMPANY MAY ALSO TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AT ANY TIME
IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.

WorQue Shop, LLC or its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, and content providers. The User is
granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to use the

prohibited without prior written approval: copying the Services or Content or any portion,
variations, or derivatives thereof; reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works,
display, performance, publication, distribution, dissemination, broadcast, or circulation of any

2. Additional User Conduct Guidelines
The Company requests that the User not impede or inhibit any other User from using and
enjoying the Services. Therefore, in using the Services, you agree not to:

resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Services.
Upload, post, or transmit viruses or other harmful files.
Use or attempt to use another’s account, service, or system without authorization.

USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT USER'S SOLE RISK.
NEITHER THE COMPANY, NOR ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVICE
PROVIDERS, THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OR THE LIKE,
WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-
FREE. THE SERVICES, ALL CONTENT, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED THEREIN ARE
PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
4. Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES,
AGENTS, OR ANYONE INVOLVED IN CREATING OR DISTRIBUTING THE SERVICES,
BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
EXEMPLARY, ECONOMIC, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF THE
COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
5. Text Messaging
By submitting your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to
receive automated text messages related to service updates, membership, and promotions. You
may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying with "STOP,"
"UNSUBSCRIBE," or "OPT OUT." Message and data rates may apply. We will use any
collected information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. This Applies to Apps, Too
These Terms apply to all apps provided by The WorQue Shop. Use of the apps is at your own
risk. We disclaim any responsibility for the apps and advise users to use good judgment in all
interactions through our apps.

The Services may feature promotions from third-party vendors. These Third-Party Promotions
are optional, and The WorQue Shop is not responsible for their accuracy, quality, or legality.

Automatic Direct Draft Terms of Agreement
By providing my payment information and completing a purchase through The WorQue Shop,
LLC ("The WorQue Shop, LLC"), I hereby agree to the following terms regarding automatic
payments and recurring billing:
Authorization of Charges
I authorize The WorQue Shop, LLC to charge my selected method of payment for:
The initial purchase amount for services selected on theworque.com; and
All recurring payments related to the agreed-upon services, including but not limited to
gym memberships, personal training fees, merchandise, digital payment fees, other goods
and services, and all applicable taxes.
This authorization applies to all services selected at the time of purchase and any additional
services I may request or add in the future.
Consent to Store Payment Information
I understand and agree that my payment method information will be securely saved on file
by The WorQue Shop, LLC or its authorized third-party payment processor. This allows The
WorQue Shop, LLC to process future recurring or new charges associated with my account
under its AutoPay system.
Recurring Payment Terms
I understand that recurring payments will be automatically charged based on the billing
frequency and schedule outlined for the specific services I selected on theworque.com. This
includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Monthly or periodic gym membership fees
Personal training service fees
Digital products or merchandise
Other authorized goods and services
Digital payment processing fees
Applicable local, state, or federal taxes
I acknowledge that I am obligated to ensure that sufficient funds are available in my account at
the time of each scheduled draft.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that:
I must provide written notice at least 14 days (two weeks) in advance of my next
scheduled billing date to cancel any recurring charges.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the designated cancellation email or
address listed on theworque.com.
If notice is not provided within the required timeframe, I will be responsible for the
upcoming scheduled payment, including any related fees and taxes.
The WorQue Shop, LLC is not obligated to provide services or access for payments not
successfully processed due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or any other payment
failure.
Failed Payment Handling
If any payment is returned or declined due to insufficient funds or other errors, I acknowledge
that:
The WorQue Shop, LLC has the right to recover the full amount of the failed payment,
including any bank fees, late fees, or administrative charges, from my payment
method.
Repeated payment failures may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
The WorQue Shop, LLC is under no obligation to furnish services that are not fully
paid.
Termination and Enforcement
I understand that The WorQue Shop, LLC reserves the right to terminate any or all services at
its sole discretion due to:
Violation of any terms of service or gym policies
Non-payment or failed payment attempts
Misuse of facilities or services
Any personal, financial, or behavioral conduct deemed in violation of The WorQue
Shop, LLC's guidelines
In such cases, I remain financially responsible for any amounts owed up to the date of
cancellation, including back payments, legal fees, collection costs, and any arbitration-related
expenses.
Legal Acknowledgement
I agree that this authorization does not constitute acceptance of any goods or services not
provided directly by The WorQue Shop, LLC. The information and material presented
on theworque.com are for informational purposes only and do not represent an offer or contract
for services not rendered.
By completing my purchase, I provide implied consent for The WorQue Shop, LLC to charge
my selected payment method for all services, fees, and taxes as outlined above. I further
acknowledge that I am legally and financially responsible for all payments under this agreement.

related to participation in activities at The WorQue Shop, LLC.

its owner(s), employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all obligations or
responsibilities related to legal claims, arbitration, lawsuits, settlements, and any medical
expenses, including but not limited to hospital fees, emergency medical care, or non-
emergency medical care fees, that may arise from your use of the facilities, services, or
equipment, or from participation in any activities.

use of equipment. If any equipment is found to be defective or damaged, members and
visitors should immediately report it to staff for resolution.
